    1. Absolutely awesome!!! We should try and meet up? At least to offer encouragement. I am so excited for this. I feel ready and terrified all at the same time. Such a beautiful place to run. I ran the 1/2 last year. GOOD LUCK Angie!!!!

    1. Thanks! I missed a few mid week longish runs all in all I feel good and ready. Definitely the doubles on Tue and Thur helped. Seth and Greg gave you some great advice. Listen to it. I like the hiking. Time on feet is a mantra I've heard from Seth and Johnny. Looking forward to our next run and with Nicole!

  3. I love Wordless Wednesdays! This image is great. I'm glad I'm not the only one that still utilizes "old fashioned" cellulose and ink to plan, plot, track running (in addition to space watches, Strava, blogs, etc.)

    1. Oh yes I love my paper plan I carry it with me at all times, seriously, that and a log book I half assed jot notes in! Plus nothing is quite as fun as my stream of consciousness blogging/blathering.

  4. What are these arcane hieroglyphics? I don't think my version of Word has that font.

Good luck, excited for your 50k! It's a tough distance that will surely be gratifying/horrible :-)

    1. Har har har... Thanks, I'm sure there will be some horrible moments all over shadowed by crossing that finish line. I am seriously looking forward to this challenge of my endurance and ability to stay sane (and upright)!
